“We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. The whole resort was clean, if you stroll by the villas, you can note a very tightly run ship with regards to cleaning and maintenance. Food was outstanding. We did not leave the...

“E' il mior hotel della zona (dicono), 3 stelle. Le camere sono datate e non proprio belle, il bagno ha una doccia con un sistema strano e poi non ha nè cabina nè tendia per cui quando ti lavi si allaga tutto. Colazione tipica malese, il personale è molto disponibile. Piscina... vabbè... e parcheggio libero sotto l'hotel. Se devi andare a Taman Negara è l'unica soluzione; Comunque stanno rinnovando altre camere, spero migliorino ancora )”

“The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms.”
